
Luang Prabang – The Ministry of Industry and Commerce in collaboration with CP ALL Laos co., Ltd., the operator of 7-Eleven in Lao PDR organized the 1st meeting on Lao Products enhancing to develop Local Entrepreneurs and business partners to access the distribution channel of 7-Eleven Laos on 29 April 2026, at the meeting room of Department of Internal Trade, Luang Prabang Province.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Bounchan Lovanxay, Deputy Director General of the Department of Internal Trade, Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Lao PDR and Ms. Somya Rasamee, Managing Director of CP ALL Laos co., Ltd.
More than 30 people participated in the event. The program provided essential information for product and business development, including access to funding sources for SMEs, procedures and criteria for product submission for distribution, and marketing strategies employed by 7‑Eleven. In addition, participants had the opportunity to learn directly from the experiences of successful 7-Eleven business partner.
CP ALL Laos continues to emphasize job creation and income generation through the promotion of local products. Dedicated space has been provided to support and showcase Lao-made products since the opening of the first 7‑Eleven store in the Lao PDR in 2023. These efforts align with the 3-Benefit Principle — “for the Country, the People, and the Organization” of Charoen Pokphand Group (CP Group), which CP ALL has consistently upheld.
