
At 7-Eleven PTT TONPHET NAMSOK Branch (60024), a Chinese customer accidentally dropped a mobile phone near the cashier counter without realizing it.
Sitthiporn Boonmanee, Assistant Store Manager, noticed the phone and informed Supaporn Chaiyavong, Store Manager. Together, they tried to locate the owner and, when unsuccessful, safely kept the phone behind the cashier counter until it could be returned.
Shortly afterward, the customer returned looking for the phone. After confirming ownership, the staff promptly returned it, leaving a lasting impression through their honesty and professionalism.
Sitthiporn shared that he was pleased to help, recognizing how important such belongings are to their owners and wanting to ensure the phone was returned as quickly as possible.
